    Price and Payment

    All prices listed on Metropolitan Wine & Cellar’s website and offline sales confirmation are most updated at the time when published, however Metropolitan Wine & Cellar will reserve the right to adjust the price in the future due the reasons of goods, services, sales tax, stock availability, prices or delivery fees but not limited to.
    Metropolitan Wine & Cellar will also reserve the right to stop any goods or service with any participating vendor.


    Prices listed on the website and offline sales confirmation of the time of publication are reflected by the participating vendor and delivery partner and which are subjected to change without giving any further notice. Metropolitan Wine & Cellar will give our best effort to keep the price updated. In the event of the price not being current and after the participating vendor informs Metropolitan Wine & Cellar after the orders had been placed, Metropolitan Wine & Cellar will contact customer via telephone call, email or social media channels for the related price difference and it would be customer’s decision to refund or accept the price difference in this situation.


    The total price of product, product delivery, service charges or any related fee will be displayed on the website and offline sales confirmation when the order is placed. Full payment of all goods and services must be made and received by Metropolitan Wine & Cellar Limited before the arrangement of the delivery takes place. Payment has to be made by online payment. We accept Visa and Master credit card, as well as Paypal payment.

    * Goods sold are not refundable.


    * Returns and exchanges of any defective goods are accepted within 7days from the date of purchase by presenting the original invoice or delivery note.


    * No returns and exchanges of goods are accepted for a single bottle priced over HK$500 or vintages of 10 years and above
